The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to further the mission of the Collaborative.
Essential duties include: assisting with tasks related to administration as well as programming, including preparation for meetings, taking minutes, and handling follow-up as needed; using Little Green Light donor management software to keep accurate records, provide letters of gratitude to donors, and develop reports; creating and using online platforms to share information and obtain registrations for programs and special events; overseeing daily office management; and other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree and prior successful work experience are preferred for this position. Strong computer, organizational, and analysis skills are needed as is the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Accuracy and thoroughness are key as is flexibility. A commitment to the mission of the Collaborative and those affected by human trafficking is essential.
