We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Director of Programming to join our growing organization. The Director reports to the President/CEO and is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the Collaborative’s community awareness and outreach programming. A primary focus is the leadership of the Greater Cleveland’s Coordinated Response to Human Trafficking, a group of more than 60 organizations, businesses and systems working together to assure a comprehensive and coordinated response to Human Trafficking in Northeast Ohio.

Essential duties include gathering and communicating information regarding the complexity of human trafficking to the public, relationship building and management, development and execution of comprehensive and effective outreach/awareness raising strategies so victims are identified and connected to services provided by partner agencies, and strategic program development.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, with a minimum of five years of successful work experience in a leadership role. Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship building skills with the demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with others; knowledge of program management principles and best practices; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; flexibility; ability to work with a wide range of audiences; excellent MS Office skills are key. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is creative and has a broad knowledge of the issue of human trafficking.
